Social Responsibility
The International Commercial Bank of China Cultural and Educational Foundation was founded in 1992 by the
International Commercial Bank of China Co., Ltd. (Note: The corporate name was changed into Mega International
Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. after merger with Chiao Tung Bank on August 21, 2006.) The Foundation is dedicated to
the service of the social vulnerable and disadvantaged groups, as well as promotion of cultural and educational events.
